Fun Fitness 4 Littlies

Our Programs

Primary Schools (K-6)

At Fun Fitness 4 Littlies, we offer innovative and exciting programs designed to engage primary school students and enhance their physical development. Our Littlies Skills program, running for 10 weeks, focuses on teaching fundamental and gross motor skills through fun, age-appropriate activities. Each week introduces new themes and skill combinations, ensuring students stay engaged and active while developing important physical competencies.

Our Athletics program provides comprehensive coaching for students of all stages, with the aim of increasing participation at school carnivals. Developed in line with Athletics Australia’s latest standards, the program covers all athletic events with equipment supplied, except for high jump mats. For students looking to explore less commonly offered sports, our Badminton program is endorsed by Badminton Australia and developed in collaboration with the World Badminton Federation’s Shuttle Time initiative, giving students an opportunity to experience a sport often reserved for high school.

Additionally, our Hockey program, led by qualified Hockey Australia coaches, gives students the chance to try, engage, and develop within the sport, offering a comprehensive introduction to the game. All of our programs are aligned with the NSW DoE PDHPE syllabus. With all necessary equipment provided, these programs are a hassle-free way to bring physical activity, teamwork, and fun into your school.

Early Childhood Centres/Preschools

Our Littlies Skills programs are designed specifically for early learning centres and preschools, offering a fun and engaging way to develop fundamental gross motor skills in young children. Delivered by qualified instructors, the 10-week program encourages children to participate in age-appropriate activities that often combine multiple skills. Each week is themed, ensuring variety and keeping the children excited and engaged. Plus, all equipment is supplied, making it an easy and seamless addition to your service. With specially designed ‘Bubs’ activities, this program fosters teamwork, physical development, and enjoyment. The program aligns with NQF and EYLF outcomes, helping educators meet important developmental benchmarks.

For a more immersive experience, our Littlies Skills Fun Day offers a full day of sport and fitness where children can explore a range of activities in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Whether it’s the 10-week program or a single-day event, we provide a stress-free, high-quality physical education experience that will benefit your students and complement your curriculum.

Happy Stories

Littlies Training & Consultancy

The inspiration behind the training modules is the ability for educators to pursue positive role-modeling of physical activity no matter what their background, gender, skill levels, or abilities are. Everyone can be a role-model. At the end of the day it’s the approach to teaching and planning that affects the outcomes for the children.

“I hope that whoever attends will approach teaching physical activity in a new and exciting way involving constant support and inclusion” – Sam. Throughout all our training modules staff and educators will be engaged in thinking in a scenario, practical & collaborative design, group discussions, and ways to approach innovation.
