A fantastic episode that delves into many facets of sport, childhood and life lessons. Alipate grew ups in the small Victorian town of Wangarrata. He had a multitude of sports available to him, a large family to enjoy being physical active with and the natural love for sport.
From humble beginnings as a Soccer player to loving his Basketball, the teenager took up Aussie Rules and did not even think he was going to be drafted for an AFL team. 11 years later, 150+ games on and all with the Port Adelaide Football Club.
